You can request samples directly through our website (go to the Product page, select the required quartz, and click on Request A Sample) or get in touch with our relationship managers. Simply share your preferred quartz color or collection, and our team will arrange to ship the sample to your address.
What is the lead time for orders?
Our standard lead time is 60–90 days from order confirmation to delivery at your warehouse/project site. This includes manufacturing, quality checks, export documentation, and secure transit to your warehouse.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
How many colors can I mix in a single container?
You can choose up to 2 colors per container, allowing flexibility in your order while maintaining consistency and efficiency in shipment.
How is the material packed?
The quartz slabs are packed upright in sturdy pine wood crates to ensure maximum protection during transit.
For cut-to-size pieces, the material is securely packed in pine wood boxes to prevent damage and ensure safe delivery.
